If you are using Zoho CRM to send emails - be that emails triggered by workflows, individual emails or mass emails - then you need to understand what your credibility is. Email credibility, in simple terms, is a measure of how trustworthy and reliable an email sender appears to be. It's all about whether the recipient can trust the email they've received. Zoho have now introduced a dashboard that shows you your Zoho CRM Email Credibility. This can be accessed via Setup - Channels - Email - Email Deliverability - Email Credibility.
