Zoho CRM applies daily sending limits to both individual emails and mass emails, and the limit that applies depends on your edition and, for individual emails, your number of confirmed users. All limits are calculated against your organisation's own time zone, with the day running from 12 AM to 11:59 PM.
Note: Mass emails, and any email sent from an organisation email address set up in CRM, go out via Zoho's own servers, which is why these have their own dedicated limits.
Limits for Individual Emails
The individual email limit for your whole organisation is based on your total number of confirmed, active users.
- Free and Trial editions. Calculated as confirmed users x 50 emails. The Free edition allows only 3 confirmed users, so the organisation-wide limit is 150 emails/day, shareable across users however you like, or usable entirely by one user.
- Paid editions. Calculated as confirmed users x 300 emails. With no fixed cap on user count, a paid organisation with, for example, 5 confirmed users can send up to 1,500 emails/day in total.
On Free and Trial editions specifically: Both the To and CC fields count toward the daily limit. Sending one email with 50 addresses in To and 100 in CC uses up the entire day's 150-email allowance in a single send.
Limits for Mass Emails
Mass email sending is capped per organisation, per day, based on edition:

What counts toward this limit: Autoresponders, active email schedulers, macros, and mass emails all draw from the same shared, per-organisation daily allowance, not separate pools each.
Increasing Your Mass Email Limit
