Zoho CRM Email - Send Emails From Account Level

Historically, with Zoho CRM, you could only send Emails from aContact Record (Leads or Contacts). There are times where you might be working at Account level and need to send an Email to a Contact or Contact (s). The approach would have been to click into the Contact, send the mail and then back to the Account and to next Contact. An approach which was slow and cumbersome.

Zoho have now introduced a "Send Mail" button on the Account Record. When you click this button, a list of emails associated with the Account would be suggested. 

Please note the View "All Emails" is not available in the Accounts Module Related List.
