This is a very common question. Within your paid Zoho Subscription you are allowed a free monthly "Data Backup". In reality, Zoho backup your data far more frequently than once a month. What this really is, is a monthly export of your data. Some customers like to have a physical copy of their data outside of Zoho. I always set this up for customers and then you have the option to download it once a month, quarter or never. By default they are sent to the Super User of the CRM account.
