Zoho CRM Mobile App Blueprint

There are certain limitations in the Zoho CRM Mobile App in performing Blueprint transitions.

1 - Attachments : If the attachments are marked as mandatory, the corresponding transitions will not get executed.

2 - Fields : With regard to fields, only if you have selected the respective module (for which you have setup the blueprint) as a field, then it'll get executed. For e.g. if you are configuring a blueprint for Leads module and if you select Leads as one of the fields, then it'll get executed, other modules selected as fields aren't supported yet.

3 - Associated items : Inventory modules and activities modules aren't supported.

4 - Checklists : If you have added any checklists to the transitions, then they wouldn't get executed.

Zoho are currently working towards overcoming these limitations in their future builds. However, as there is lot of testing and analysis involved, they do not have any estimated time for this enhancement.
