Quadrant Analysis in Zoho CRM Explained

Quadrant Analysis in Zoho CRM

Quadrant Analysis is a dashboard component in Zoho CRM that scatters your data across four quadrants, making it easier to spot patterns in large volumes of sales data than scrolling through raw records or a standard chart could manage.

A worked example

Say you have five years of historical sales data and want to understand the relationship between profit margin and sales volume. Quadrant Analysis can help answer questions like whether low margins paired with high sales are actually losing you money, or which high-margin, low-volume products deserve more focus, by scattering products across the four quadrants formed by those two metrics.

How it's configured

  • X and Y axis. Choose the two metrics you want to plot against each other, such as Deal Owner and revenue generated, or campaign type and revenue.
  • Benchmark. Set threshold values for the X and Y axis, which is what actually splits the chart into its four quadrants.
  • Advanced view. Add a third dimension by sizing each data point's icon based on a further metric, for example showing deals closed against revenue generated, with icon size reflecting a third value like average deal size.
Note: Quadrant Analysis supports up to 10 quadrant groupings and 25 data points per quadrant.

Zia suggestions
