Zoho CRM Zia Prediction Builder

Zia's Prediction Builder, originally released in beta, is now a fully available feature that lets CRM administrators build custom predictions tailored to their own business.

What you can predict

Prediction Builder forecasts values for a business metric based on a field you select, such as the likelihood of winning or losing a Deal, expected revenue, or the likelihood of a customer buying a specific product. It works on any standard or custom module.

How to set one up

  1. Go to Setup, then Zia, then Prediction Builder, and click New Prediction.
  2. Choose your module and the field to predict, for example Stage with Closed Won as the target value.
  3. Set the training window, the historical period Zia should learn from.
Note: Predictions take around 24 hours to generate and retrain roughly every two weeks. Meaningful predictions depend on sufficient historical closed records to learn from.

Prediction Builder is available on Enterprise edition and above.
