Zia Vision, originally launched in beta as a single image classification feature, has grown into a small suite of tools covering validation, deduplication, and text extraction.
Zia can automatically check whether images added to your records meet criteria you define, ensuring they're accurate, consistent, and of the quality you expect, for example confirming product images consistently show the right components.
Zia can analyse facial images and flag potential duplicates, showing up to 10 similar matches, useful for catching the same person's photo entered on more than one record.
Built as an extension of Zia Vision, ICR extracts text from images, such as printed forms, and maps it into new or existing records, including tabulated values within subforms.
