Zoho Desk How To Spawn or Split a Ticket
At times a customer can place multiple questions on a single ticket and you would prefer to manage each question as a separate query. Or a customer replies to an existing Ticket but with a completely different question. The way to manage these scenarios is to Split the ticket so that you have a new ticket for the new question (s).
