With the new integration between Zoho Meeting and Zoho Desk, scheduling and starting meetings directly within the ticketing interface is now effortless, eliminating the need to switch between different platforms. This integration enables support agents to efficiently address customer support issues and collaborate seamlessly with their colleagues, thus enhancing the overall customer support experience.

The integration offers the following capabilities to agents:

  • Schedule meetings from the Tickets interface Agents can initiate meetings directly from the ticket detail view, simplifying the process of scheduling meetings.

  • Access private comments of the meeting Agents can view private comments added to the meetings within the tickets for internal reference, providing easy access to the meeting history.

  • Record meetings within tickets Meeting recordings serve as valuable reference materials for agents when resolving issues. Anyone with access to the ticket can review the recording to find the necessary information.
