What the integration does

• Create, view, update, and delete meetings directly from the ticket detail view
• Automatically sync the meeting's status, so once a Zoho Meeting session ends, the corresponding Desk event is marked Completed as well
• Convert meeting-related inquiries, such as attendee questions or registration issues, directly into tickets

The Meeting Framework

Zoho Desk's Meeting Framework is a general-purpose extension point that lets any meeting service, not just Zoho Meeting, plug in the same way. Developers can build an integration for a specific meeting service using just two Sigma functions, meaning support for Zoom or other providers can be added without a large custom build.

Setting it up

Install the Zoho Meeting extension from Zoho Marketplace within Zoho Desk, then authenticate your Zoho Meeting account. Once connected, the meeting option becomes available directly from a ticket's detail view.
