Zoho Flow is available on multiple subscription tiers, from a free plan suitable for individuals or small teams exploring automation, through to paid plans that provide higher flow run volumes, longer data retention, advanced features, and priority support. Understanding what each tier offers helps you choose the right plan for your business.
The free plan allows you to create a limited number of flows and execute a set number of flow runs per month at no cost. It is suitable for testing Zoho Flow's capabilities or for individuals automating simple personal workflows. The free plan has restrictions on the number of active flows, the number of actions per flow, and the volume of monthly executions.
Zoho Flow's paid plans are typically structured around the number of flow runs (or tasks) included per month. As you move to higher tiers, you receive a greater monthly run allowance, access to more advanced features (such as on-premise app integration, custom functions, and multi-step flows with more actions), longer run history retention, and access to priority customer support.
Plans are billed on a per-organisation basis and are available on both monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual plans are typically offered at a discounted rate compared with monthly billing.
Zoho Flow is included as part of the Zoho One suite. If your organisation subscribes to Zoho One, you already have access to Zoho Flow without needing a separate subscription. The flow run allowance included with Zoho One may differ from standalone Zoho Flow plans, so check your Zoho One account details for your specific entitlement.
If your business grows beyond your plan's included run allowance during a billing period, Zoho Flow offers add-ons that allow you to purchase additional task capacity. This avoids your flows being suspended mid-month due to exhausted run credits. Add-ons are available through your Zoho account management portal and are applied to your account immediately.
Within Zoho Flow's Settings, you can view your current usage statistics, including the number of flow runs consumed so far in the current billing period and how many remain. Monitoring this helps you anticipate when you might need to upgrade or purchase additional run credits before your flows are affected.
To upgrade, navigate to your Zoho account's billing section or visit the Zoho Flow pricing page. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle or immediately depending on the upgrade type. Downgrading is also possible; however, ensure that your current flow usage fits within the lower plan's limits before downgrading to avoid disruption.
