Zoho Inventory Integration with Zoho One

Zoho Inventory is a stock and order management application that helps businesses track goods, manage warehouses, and process sales and purchase orders. As part of Zoho One, it can be activated from the Admin Panel and connected with the wider suite of Zoho applications, giving organisations a joined-up view of their supply chain and sales operations.

What Zoho Inventory Provides

Zoho Inventory is suited to product-based businesses that need to track physical goods across one or more locations.

  • Item management: Maintain a detailed catalogue of products, including variants, serial numbers, batch tracking, and pricing rules.
  • Sales and purchase orders: Raise and manage orders for both sales to customers and purchases from suppliers, with automated fulfilment workflows.
  • Warehouse management: Organise inventory across multiple warehouses and track stock movement between locations.
  • Multichannel selling: Connect online sales channels such as Shopify, Amazon, and Zoho Commerce, and synchronise stock levels automatically.
  • Shipping integrations: Book shipments directly from Inventory and track delivery status with integrated carrier connections.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on stock levels, order history, fulfilment performance, and supplier activity.

Activating Zoho Inventory in Zoho One

Administrators can add Zoho Inventory to their Zoho One environment through the centralised Admin Panel.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One. Open the Admin Panel from the Zoho One home screen.
  2. Open Applications. Navigate to the Applications section and find Zoho Inventory in the list.
  3. Enable Inventory. Select the application and activate it for your organisation. Follow any guided steps to complete the initial configuration.
  4. Assign users. Grant access to the relevant team members, such as warehouse staff, procurement managers, or operations administrators, using the Users section or conditional assignment rules.
  5. Configure within Inventory. Assigned users can open Zoho Inventory from the app launcher to set up warehouses, items, and integrations with sales channels or accounting.

Integration with Other Zoho Applications

Within Zoho One, Zoho Inventory connects naturally with other applications. Stock movements can be reflected in Zoho Books for accounting purposes, customer orders can be linked to Zoho CRM deal records, and product listings can be synchronised with Zoho Commerce. This level of integration reduces manual data entry and ensures that stock and financial information remains consistent across the business.

Note: Warehouse configuration, item categories, and channel integrations are set up within Zoho Inventory itself, not through the Zoho One Admin Panel.
