Every standard Zoho One licence comes with the Corporate HR Edition of Zoho Recruit built in. This reflects how Zoho One is put together as a complete operating system for a business, so the default recruitment tools are geared towards hiring for your own organisation rather than placing candidates with external clients.
What's Included by Default
- Tier included: the full Enterprise Tier of the Corporate HR Edition is bundled with a standard Zoho One licence at no extra cost.
- Core features: corporate career pages, internal onboarding workflows, an employee referral portal, advanced resume parsing, and built-in integrations with both Zoho People and Zoho CRM.
Running a Staffing or Recruitment Agency?
If your business places candidates with third-party clients rather than hiring for yourself, the default Corporate HR edition will not cover what you need. It does not include client portals, job submission pipelines, or the invoicing tools that a staffing or recruitment agency relies on day to day.
How to Upgrade
- Locate the add-on. Zoho provides a dedicated Staffing Agency Add-on for Zoho One that is designed to cover these gaps.
- Enable it centrally. The add-on is switched on through the Zoho One Admin Panel, which upgrades your existing Zoho Recruit instance to the Staffing Agency edition.
Note: the Staffing Agency edition carries an additional post-paid, prorated charge for each active recruiter user on the account, on top of your standard Zoho One licence cost.
