This means role-based permissions set once apply consistently across apps, and workflows can span multiple applications in a single automation.
Not every Zoho product is included. Applications such as Zoho Workerly, Catalyst, Classes, ERP, RouteIQ, ZeptoMail, FSM, Shifts, and CommunitySpaces are notable exclusions, along with the ManageEngine, Site24x7, Qntrl, and TrainerCentral product families, which are sold separately.
