Zoho CRM went live in February 2006 as a SaaS customer relationship management platform. It went on to become the anchor product of the entire Zoho ecosystem and remains the most widely adopted Zoho application among UK and Ireland businesses today.
Zoho One launched on 24 July 2017, bundling more than 35 integrated applications under a single subscription with one login. Zoho's founder, Sridhar Vembu, has said the release date was brought forward from a planned September 2017 launch due to early demand. Zoho One has since grown to serve tens of thousands of customers worldwide, with more than 50 applications now included in the suite.
Arattai, Zoho's instant messaging app, had a quiet soft launch in January 2021 before seeing a sharp rise in downloads in 2025. Ulaa, Zoho's privacy-focused Chromium-based browser, followed on 4 May 2023, offering built-in tracker blocking as an alternative to mainstream browsers.
