The Feed in Zoho Projects collects automated updates about project activity. You can view the feed for every project at once, or open a single project and see only that project's updates, which cuts out the noise from the rest of the portal.
Check the feed across all projects
- Click Collaboration in the left navigation panel.
- Click the Feed tab in the top navigation band.
- By default the feed shows updates from all projects, in the Feed section of the main screen.
- Click Status to see the statuses your colleagues have posted recently.
- Click Activity Stream to follow what your colleagues are doing each day and who is working on what. You can also go to a specific timeline to check one person's activity.
Tip: click a user's profile image to see their details. From there you can send a direct message, start a chat, or follow the user.
Check the feed for one project
This is the newer option. Instead of scrolling through the whole portal's activity, open a project and read only its updates.
- Select the project.
- Click the Feed tab in the top navigation band.
- Click Comment to add a comment on an update.
- Click Show Description to read the full description of the item.
- Hover over the item's ID to copy it to the clipboard.
- Click the item itself to open its details page.
