Zoho Publish has actually been part of Zoho One since 2023, but it has now also launched as a standalone product available on its own in the wider market. If you're already on Zoho One, nothing changes for you; this is primarily a notice about its independent availability outside the suite.

What Zoho Publish Actually Does

Zoho Publish is where you manage your business listings and the reviews that come back from them. It keeps one single record of your business information, which then goes out to the various directories you're listed on, and one central place to see and respond to reviews left across those same directories. Update your address or working hours once, and Publish carries that change through to every connected listing, rather than you needing to update each directory separately.

Beyond Google Business Profile, Zoho Publish manages listings across a range of business directories, including Hotfrog and Brownbook, letting you respond to reviews from different platforms in a single place while maintaining a consistent online reputation. Additional capabilities include:

Zoho Publish is designed to suit a single-location business, a multi-location business managing several branches, or a marketing agency handling listings and reputation for multiple clients at once.

Adding Zoho Publish to Your Zoho One Account

Zoho Publish is added the same way as any other app in the suite:

1. Sign in to Zoho One, and click Admin Panel in the left-hand menu.
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
3. Search for Publish, then click Add.
4. If you already have a Zoho Publish account, you'll be asked whether to use that existing account or create a new one.
5. Click Add Users to assign the app, choose which users should get access, assign a role to each, and click Assign to confirm.
