Zoho Recruit has rolled out a substantial set of feature updates spanning resume templates, approval automation, offer negotiation, hiring pipelines, career site tracking, and more.
Advanced Formatted Resume Templates now extend to the Applications module. Users can create application-specific Advanced Resume Templates using Zoho Writer, include Application fields directly, and generate formatted resumes straight from Application records.

Recruiters can now manage offer discussions and negotiations with candidates directly within Zoho Recruit. Share proposed terms, receive candidate feedback, make revisions, and manage multiple rounds of negotiation before finalising an offer. Once terms are agreed, the Pre-Offer converts into a Final Offer and can be sent through the available delivery options, including e-signature.
Recruiters can now create multiple hiring pipelines to support different roles, departments, clients, industries, and hiring processes. Create or clone pipelines, assign them to specific job openings, and switch pipelines on existing job openings, helping align stages and status mappings with each individual hiring process while supporting more accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
Zoho Recruit now supports Google Tag Manager integration for your Career Site, letting you track candidate interactions and send selected event data to GTM. Connect a GTM container and track events such as Job Listing, Job Detail, Job Application Initiated, and Job Application Submitted, reviewing the variables associated with each event before saving the configuration.
Workflow Alerts now support sending an email alert as a single email to all recipients, letting each recipient see who else was included. Up to 50 recipients can be added to CC and BCC each.
Colours can now be assigned to individual Blueprint transitions directly from the Blueprint designer. The selected colours also appear in the Blueprint Process section of records, making it easier to visually distinguish different actions, such as approvals, rejections, and review steps.
Night Mode is now available as a Beta feature, offering a more comfortable viewing experience in low-light environments and improving UI accessibility.
