Zoho TouchPoint: Now Available in Your Zoho One Subscription

Zoho TouchPoint is now available in Zoho One, letting your team turn every business card, QR code, and email signature into a trackable path back to Zoho CRM.

Every handshake, event scan, and email reply is a chance to start a conversation, but most of them end in a scribbled note, an unfinished text, or a lost card. TouchPoint captures that moment, shows you what happened next, and sends the lead to Zoho CRM without anyone retyping it.

What Is TouchPoint?

TouchPoint is an all-in-one platform for creating smart, interactive touchpoints, supporting NFC cards, digital cards, QR codes, and email signatures. You design a touchpoint, point it at a destination such as a website, a digital card, a booking page, or a lead form, and share it.

When someone taps or scans, TouchPoint records the interaction and can push the lead straight into Zoho CRM. The destination can be changed at any time, so a printed NFC card never goes out of date. Recipients need no app; your profile or landing page simply opens in their mobile browser.

What You Can Do with TouchPoint

  • NFC cards. Tap a card on any phone and your profile opens instantly, with the contact logged automatically to Zoho CRM.
  • Dynamic QR codes. Let contacts scan to book an appointment or download your app, and track scans by place, campaign, and time of day.
  • Digital cards. Share a live vCard from your phone's wallet, or let people scan it to save your details.
  • Email signatures. Add call-to-action buttons to your sign-off, and roll a company-wide template out to the whole team.
  • Lead forms. Route each scan into a form, and each form straight into your CRM.

Analytics cover taps, scans, page views, form submissions, and link clicks, plus locations and device types, so you can see which card, code, or campaign is actually working.

Where TouchPoint Fits in Zoho One

TouchPoint fits best at the first moment of contact, when a person meets your team in the real world or opens one of their emails.

  • Sales and business development. An NFC card or digital card means a prospect receives your details in one tap, with the lead landing directly in Zoho CRM.
  • Events and trade shows. A QR code paired with a lead form turns every scan into a CRM lead, tracked by place and campaign.
  • Appointment-led businesses. A QR code on a poster, counter, or flyer sends customers straight to a booking page.
  • Company-wide communications. An email signature template puts a booking or contact button on every reply, rolled out centrally to the whole team.
Where the handoff happens: TouchPoint captures and tracks the first interaction. Following up, nurturing, and closing that lead is still the job of Zoho CRM, which is exactly where TouchPoint hands every lead off.
