Setting Up the Integration

1. Log in to Zoho Vault as an admin, go to Settings, then Integrations, then Help Desk Integration.
2. Select Zoho Desk from the list of supported help desk platforms.
3. Follow the on-screen authentication steps to connect your Zoho Desk account, generating the required tokens.
4. Define your ticket validity criteria for password access requests.
