Ask Zia within the Zoho Sites Neo builder has gained two genuine new capabilities: updating your site's theme conversationally, and editing settings beyond individual page content, both making site customisation possible without manually clicking through every relevant settings screen.
Ask Zia can now update your site's overall theme directly, based on a natural language request, rather than requiring you to browse and manually apply a different theme yourself.
Previously, Ask Zia's editing capability was scoped to page content and styling. It can now also edit site-level details, such as your site title, theme, and other settings that apply across the whole site rather than a single page.
This distinction matters in practice: a request to change wording or colours on a specific page is a page-level edit, while a request to rename your site or apply a new theme site-wide is a site-level edit, and Ask Zia can now genuinely handle both from the same conversational interface.
Both capabilities are available directly within the Zoho Sites Neo builder wherever Ask Zia is accessible.
