Can I copy a mail merge template?
In CRM we have an option to create the mail merge template using Zoho Writer and save it. If you want to make any changes in the later time you can just click on the template name it open up the template in Zoho writer, so that you can make the changes or you can download the template make the changes in word and re-upload them in the system.
