Before assuming the fault lies with your own setup, it's worth checking whether Zoho itself already knows about an issue. This is one of the fastest checks in the whole series, and it can save you from raising a ticket for something that's already being fixed.
Check Zoho's live status
Visit zohostatus.com to see the live status of Zoho's services. It's a single, straightforward page covering the whole platform, so you don't need to hunt down a separate URL for each product.
- If a service is listed as degraded or under maintenance, no action is needed on your end. The issue is on Zoho's side and will be resolved by their team.
- If everything shows as operational, the fault is more likely to be local to your account, network, or setup, and it's worth continuing through this series or raising a support ticket.
Note: Zohostatus.com covers overall service health, but some things, such as API behaviour or documentation, are still specific to your data centre. If you identified your data centre in the previous step, keep it in mind for anything more technical you need to look into.
Need help? If Zoho's status page shows everything as normal and you're still stuck, our team can help you dig further.
