Zoho isn't run from a single location. It operates several data centres around the world, and your account is tied to one specific region based on where you signed up. Knowing which one applies to you matters more than it might seem, especially for the next few checks in this series.
It's not just about where your data physically sits. Your data centre determines which status page shows outages relevant to you, which API endpoint your integrations should be calling, and even which version of Zoho's help documentation applies, since features and rollout timings can differ slightly between regions.
The simplest clue is the domain your Zoho account uses to log in, for example zoho.com, zoho.eu, or zoho.in each point to a different region. If in doubt, when you login look at the browser bar and it will be https://crm.zoho.com or https://crm.zoho.eu. For a full breakdown of the available data centres and how to confirm exactly which one you're using, see our detailed article: Where are Zoho Data Centres located?
