The providers you enable in the Meetings module's Preferences tab appear as options in the Provider field whenever the meeting venue is set to Online.
Adding a provider
- Open Meetings settings. Go to Setup, then Customization, then Modules and Fields, then Meetings.
- Open Preferences. Click the Preferences tab.
- Add a provider. Click Add Provider.
- Choose providers. On the Online Meeting Marketplace pop-up, select the providers you want available.
- Enable. Click Enable.
Disabling a provider
Go to Setup, then Customization, then Modules and Fields, then Meetings, then Preferences. Hover over the provider you want to remove and click Disable.
Note: When you create a meeting using the Microsoft Teams provider, it will not automatically appear or update as an event in your Microsoft Calendar, and Microsoft Teams recordings and notes are not automatically added to Zoho CRM.
