Kiosk Studio is a no-code customisation tool in Zoho CRM that lets admins simplify work for their users, customers, and vendors by building and embedding custom capabilities, called kiosks, across the CRM.
A new Zoho CRM account starts with a standard set of modules and configurations, which works well as a baseline, but every organisation models its customer relationships and internal work differently. Admins are usually comfortable adjusting the standard setup, adding custom modules, custom fields, multiple pipelines, canvas pages, wizards, translations, and so on. Adding genuinely new capabilities on top of the CRM is a different matter, and traditionally required significant development effort and time, which slows down how quickly admins can extend the CRM for their users, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders, and makes later changes to those capabilities harder too.
Kiosk Studio lets admins build these custom capabilities themselves and roll them out to CRM users, using a no-code interface built from a small set of basic elements. Despite being simple to build, a kiosk isn't limited in what it can do: it can pull in data from every module in the CRM, present custom screens with fields that don't otherwise exist in the CRM, carry out actions on records anywhere in the CRM, fire webhooks, and run custom functions. Once built, a kiosk can be hosted in several different places across the CRM, giving admins flexibility in how they share it with users, customers, or vendors.
