What Zoho One Actually Is, Contractually
Zoho One is defined as a combined offering of every Zoho service listed within it, including applicable mobile applications. Because some of those individual services carry their own Service Specific Terms, you're required to read, understand, and accept those separately before using the corresponding service, not just the overarching Zoho One terms alone.

General Usage Restrictions
Under Zoho's broader Terms of Service, which apply alongside the Zoho One-specific terms, you're restricted from transferring the services to a third party, offering a service based on Zoho's services without written permission, sharing a single user licence between more than one individual (rather than properly reassigning it to a new user), or attempting to disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the services except where permitted by law.
