Deduplication - Removing Duplicates
Only available in the paid editions of Zoho CRM. Available for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Vendors. Go to a particular module that you want to dedpe to a view where you can see a list of records. The dedupe function can be accessed from It is the three dots to the right.
