How do we search for a User in Linkedin now that that feature has been removed?

You can use Custom Links to get a basic level of search with LinkedIn, we have two options: 

  1. If you are logged in to LinkedIn, then you can search for First Name, Last Name, and Company, the formula will be this: http://www.linkedin.com/search?search=&lname=${Contacts.Last Name}&fname=${Contacts.First Name}&company=${Contacts.Account Name} This will search LinkedIn for the First Name, Last Name, and Company Name. 

  2. If you are NOT logged in to LinkedIn (anonymous search so people don’t know you are creeping on them), the formula will be this: https://www.linkedin.com/pub/dir/?first=${Contacts.First Name}&last=${Contacts.Last Name}&search=Search This will search LinkedIn for the First Name and Last Name only. You cannot narrow it down based on Company when you are not logged in.
