Zoho isn't one single product, it's a whole family of applications, each running on its own separate infrastructure. Working out whether your issue affects every app you use, or just one, is one of the most useful diagnostic clues available to you.
Why this distinction matters
If every Zoho app you touch is affected at once, the likely cause sits somewhere shared, such as your login, your network, or a wider Zoho-side issue. If it's only happening in one app, such as Zoho CRM but not Zoho Desk, the cause is far more likely to be specific to that app's configuration, a recent change made within it, or a feature you're using there.
Quick way to check
- Open two or three other Zoho apps you use regularly, for example Zoho Mail, Zoho Books, or Zoho Projects.
- Log in and carry out a simple, everyday task in each one.
- If those other apps work normally, the issue is contained to a single product, which will help whoever investigates it, whether that's you, us, or Zoho support.
- If several apps are affected at once, move on to checking Zoho's status page for known, wider issues.
