Your connection is fine and it's not your browser either. The next thing worth checking, if you have access to another device, is whether the problem is specific to the machine you're using.
Why this check matters
Individual machines can develop their own quirks over time. Outdated software, a corrupted local profile, unusual security settings, or a company-managed device policy can all cause behaviour that looks like a Zoho fault but is actually local to that one computer.
How to test it
- Find a second device if one is available, a colleague's laptop, a personal phone or tablet, or a home computer.
- Log into Zoho on that device and try to reproduce the same issue.
- If the issue doesn't appear on the other device, it's very likely something local to your original machine, such as outdated software, corrupted settings, or a conflicting local application.
- If the issue follows you to the other device, it's not machine-specific, and it's time to look wider, starting with whether your colleagues are seeing the same thing.
Note: Don't have access to a second device? That's absolutely fine, simply skip ahead to the next check in this series.
