Zoho Campaigns Manage Consent

Manage Consent lets you track and manage each subscriber's consent status, so you have a clear record of who has actually agreed to receive marketing under a Consent-based lawful basis.

What you can see and do

  • View which subscribers have given consent for a given purpose
  • See when consent was given, and via which consent email
  • Filter or segment contacts based on their consent status
Why this matters: Under GDPR, you need to be able to demonstrate that consent was actually given, not just assume it. Keeping a clear, exportable record via Manage Consent supports this, particularly if a subscriber later disputes having consented, or a regulator asks for evidence.
