A sender address in Zoho Campaigns is the email address your recipients see as the campaign's origin, and it needs to be verified before you can use it.
Managing multiple sender addresses
You can add and verify up to 5 sender addresses under Settings, then Manage Senders, useful if different teams or campaign types should appear to come from different addresses, such as marketing@ versus newsletter@.
Two things that block a sender address from being usable:- Public domain addresses. Addresses on @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, or similar public domains cannot be used, since these domains can't be authenticated the way a business domain can.
- Unauthenticated domains. Even a verified sender address won't be selectable when composing a campaign if its domain hasn't completed DKIM authentication.
