Enhancements to exporting data from Zoho CRM

Zoho have released a number of enhancements to the Export data feature within Zoho CRM:
  1. Limit has been increased to export up to 200,000 records per export
  2. Download link available for 7 days to allow multiple downloads
  3. Choose the data you wish to Export by using Custom Views or Custom Criteria
  4. If you are an Admin view the history of Exported data - number of records exported, criteria used, fields chosen. users will be able to view the history of only their Exports

Limits
  1. 200,000 records per export
  2. Maximum of 25 criteria options
  3. Maximum of 200 fields per export
  4. Up to 5 Lookup fields can be included
  5. Limits of number of Exports per day:
    1. Free - 10
    2. Starter - 50
    3. Standard - 100
    4. Professional - 250
    5. Enterprise - 500
    6. Ultimate - 1,000
