Export directly from a Zoho CRM Module View

Limit of 200,000 Records can be exported per each export
Historically if you wanted to extract data from your CRM you either needed to create a Report or select the Export Data option in Setup. There is now a much simpler way to Export data, you can Export directly from a specified module. Export has now been added to the Actions menu.

Example: You want a report of All Deals that are at a Stage Qualification.

1 - You create a new Custom View named All Deals - Qualification, with the columns that you require in your report

2 - Underneath Actions (top right) you have the option to Export Deals

3 - This brings you to the Export [Module Name] option, which allows you to select the Module, the Custom View and Fields you wish to Export

4 - Once you click Export the Export will be initiated, and a download link will be provided once it is completed
