Kiosk Studio Sessions is a series of posts published in the Zoho CRM Community. Each one takes a real business scenario, describes how the work is normally done without a kiosk, shows the kiosk built to simplify it, and explains roughly how that kiosk is put together.
You can use these as reference examples in a few ways: to see what's possible before you start building, to adapt a configuration to your own process, or to find a starting point close to your own industry.
| Session | What it covers |
|---|---|
| #1: View paid customers in the same industry | A kiosk on the deal record that retrieves existing customers in the same industry as the prospect, so a rep can answer the question without leaving the record. |
| #2: Boost cold call efficiency with a call script kiosk | A kiosk combining the call script, the CRM data a rep needs during the call, and the follow-up actions that come after it. |
| #3: Streamline appointment booking for patients | A kiosk placed in the CRM portal so customers, in this case patients booking a hospital appointment, can complete the process themselves. |
| #4: Simplify sales for bank employees | A cross-selling kiosk that presents the script and customer data together, automatically filters eligible products, and creates the application record. |
| #5: Quickly review loan applications | A home page kiosk that lists applications awaiting review, consolidates what's needed to assess each one, and records the decision. |
| #6: Submit a repair request from a single kiosk | A longer service-request flow: selecting a dealer and equipment, checking warranty status through an external system, branching on the result, and creating the resulting records. |
| #7: Create your own convert feature | A kiosk that converts records from a custom module into other entities, with its own approval step, field mapping, and notifications. |
| #8: View subform entries without opening a record | A kiosk launched from a list view button that shows a record's subform entries, such as invoiced items, letting entries be added or removed without opening the record. |
| #9: Use a Zia agent inside a kiosk flow | A kiosk launched from a Blueprint transition, where a Zia agent reads an unstructured email, verifies the claim through external systems, and the kiosk decides which screens the user sees based on the result. |
| #10: Classify renewal risk with Zia agents | A kiosk on the account record using one agent to assess renewal risk from existing CRM data, and a second to log the reviewer's final decision. |
| #11: One flow for fulfilment exceptions across CRM, Inventory, and Desk | A kiosk that pulls order data from Zoho Inventory and ticket data from Zoho Desk into one queue, gets a Zia Agent recommendation for each exception, and lets an analyst decide and act without leaving CRM. |
